Design & creativity is my passion. I believe expressing yourself can make you happy! I love helping kids follow their dreams and explore their passions.
I believe we can all become Eco warriers and the world needs us to step up now.
I am a practising registered architect with my own company Apsara Collective (named after visiting Angkor Wat).
I love teaching online as we can inspire kids all over the world. I have been teaching Interior design to adults since 1998.
5. I have lived in London, Hong Kong, Beijing , Hanoi & Shanghai. I travelled all over the globe as I backpacked for 2 years.
My bucket list is to visit every country in the world.
6. I have written a children’s book titled 100 Things to Know about Architecture which is very much focused on Sustainability. It will be in stores in 2022.
7. I studied for 12 years !!! (yep its a long time). I have studied Interior design, sculpture, architectural drafting and fine arts. I hope to be accepted for a PHD in 2022 or 2023.
8. I have designed huge hotels, hospitals, workplaces & train stations. I can design anything!
9. My son Elijah (7) test drives all my classes before I teach them to you. I only teach classes I would want to do myself! Every class is engaging.
10. When I’m not designing you can find me on the tennis court or bush walking.
11. I love seeing my students proud of themselves.
I’m always thinking about how to inspire my students, so drop me a line at louise@architectureforkidsschool if you have any tips or comments.
